 Verifying of Purchase Invoices and enter them into the system.
 Process payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices.
 Process all freight related transactions like prepaid settlement with purchase invoice.
 Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.

 Follow up on account statements and other discrepancies regarding payment/ collection of accounts.
 Reconcile vendor statements; and to take action to solve the discrepancies.
 Follow up with banks transactions; and corresponding with vendors and respond to inquiries.
 Coordinating with Accounting Manager on monthly closing procedures.
 Preparation of bank Reconciliation Statements on monthly basis.
 Preparation of receivables and payables outstanding statement on weekly basis.
 Matching original invoices and requests for payment with internal purchase orders or check requests.
 Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
 Revaluate the currency details on monthly (Currency Revaluation Report).
 Request the suppliers to send the statement on monthly basis for making payments followed by the reconciliation.
 Processing the Internal Bank transfer.
 Follow up of Credit notes on daily basis without having any errors/ not to have the credit notes holding in the future.
