Working as General Accountant with Venus Engineering LCC from 20th October 2013 to date. Venus Engineering LLC is providing the services of Concrete Repair, Structure Investigation and strengthening, construction, remodeling and rehabilitation of various type of structures.

Major job responsibilities includes the followings.

1.Monthly MIS for all running projects.
2.Preparation of Financial Statements external auditors and gave them audit support and assistance till the Finalization of the Audit Report. Preparation of all types of sheet, schedule, reconciliation for the External Auditors.
3.Posting of all types of vouchers like Bank Payment/Receipts, Cash payment / receipts, JV, Purchases, Sales Invoices into Focus System .
4.Preparation of payroll, deduction of advances and posting into Wages Protection System.
5.Planning, preparation & evaluation of the budget with coordination to other management team.
6.Liaison and preparation of documentations with Bankers for loans.
7.Receivables & Payable reconciliations and customer wise, bill wise and Age Analysis Report as per Directors requirements time to time.
8.Project wise profitability report (post or progressive) as per requirement of Directors & others
9.Weekly, monthly, Quarterly and Annually Revenue Report verification and reconciliation.
10.Handling Supplier and subcontractor calls and coordination with them.
11.Keeping and Tracking of PDC issued in the Market.
12.Working of Gratuity, leave salary at time of annual or casual leaves of employees.
13.Bank Reconciliation Statement of all Venus Banks.
14.Handling the director’s Current account/ loan transactions and interest working on it.
15.Handling the letter of credit, bank guarantees, TR, bill & invoice discounting etc
16.Coordinate with Focus Accounting Software service provider and updating and resolve day to day issue etc. in the system.
17.Preparation of cheques.
18.Different reports/analysis as director requirements like retention money, Commission, security cheques, expenses analysis, and staff loan detailed.


Worked as Sr. Accountant in Brothers Metal Works (Pvt.) Ltd. from 7th April, 2010 to 7th September 2013. Brothers Metal Works is a leading manufacturer/supplier of copper rod, Copper wire, Brass Rod, Brass Wire etc. in Pakistan. Major job responsibilities includes the followings.

1)Monitoring of complete accounting cycle, checking of entries in accounting system passing of necessary adjustments into the system, closure of trial balance and preparation of financial statements as per the requirements of the management.
2)Analyze financial records and report and make adjustments as needed.
