Duties and Responsibility:
• Organize and systematizes filing documents.
• Responsible for Outgoing and Incoming Faxes and mails and forwarding to respective personnel.

• Update the list of medical insurance for addition of new employee, deletion for resigned employee and upgrade of categories for promoted employee for submission on the medical insurance company.
• Prepares an addition form for the New Joining employees for medical insurance upon notification from the HR department thru email.
• Processing the deletion of medical cards of resigned/terminated employees as soon as the original cards are received from the HR department.
• Arranging Pre-approval requests.
• Coordinates with medical insurance company related to employee’s updates, collection, payments and other important details and information.
