• Keeps track and monitors Managers appointments in order of priority; tactfully routing to Supervisor or Trainer all business that does not conform to standards and those that does not require the attention of Division Manager; remind Manager of matters requiring immediate and personal attention

• Assists Manager in the Formulation, Development, Implementation and monitoring of Administrative Policies and Procedures to effect proper and efficient Administration within the Department;

• Handles Ground and Flight Training schedules including logistical support within the truing center
