 Circulars and Memo, Prepare Letters to Bank, Embassy, Salary Certificate, NOC for Consulates, Rebate Letter and Experience Letters on Staff request.
 Handling the exit formalities of the employees. Coordinating with the reporting officer for the last date of the employee and coordinating for the final settlement and exit of the employee.
 Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
 Prepare End Of Service benefits for the employees which includes gratuity and leave balance and coordinating with accounts.
