Job Profile: Procurement Executive

I am highly organized; possess strong leadership and negotiation skills. Look for interested suppliers and negotiate. Maintain good relations with the suppliers, this can provide great opportunities for the company to obtain the best deals from them, demands great negotiation.

Draws up a plan for the purchase of equipment, services and supplies.
Forwarding Enquiry to the respective suppliers for (Glass, Accessories, Aluminum and ACP etc.) (as per the company requirements)
Analyzing / Preparing a Comparison Sheet for all the suppliers’ quotation.
Negotiate and demand the great deal from the supplier.
Approve the best products or services that have low prices after reviewing and analyzing all options & quality.
Preparing Local Purchase Order to respective supplier on order.
Following up the material delivery according to the LPO dated.
Updating the LPO data sheet for every project and tracking.
Finally forward the LPO with Delivery Note to accounts department.

Raise the TRF (Travel Request Form) and follow-up for approvals
