o Every morning, update the latest ETA for all vessels scheduled to arrive in the next 42 hours (starting at 6am in morning till midnight of next day).

o Coordinate with the Yard and the Vessel Planner to understand the yard locations & the vessel details before allocating a berth for the vessel.

o Ensure that the gang requirement is always optimized while assigning cranes as per the vessel proforma data.

o Ensure that the forward planning board is always updated with the schedule & other relevant details of arriving vessels for the next one week.

o Ensure that the forward planning board is updated with actual and provisional details of vessel/ vessel berthing/ allocated cranes/ number of moves.
