Preparation of Accounts up to Finalization and Preparation of Financial Statements

Handle Trade Finance operations mainly opening of L/C, TR, Discounting of cheques, Local
invoices and Bank Guarantees through online banking.
Scrutinize various charges debited by bank including L/C issuance commission & L/C
amendment commission, Acceptance commission, Interest on TR.
Control entire accounts appearing in the ledger to ensure correctness of balances & regular
availability of details, ensuring accuracy of unit trail balance, timely & correct posting of
accounting entries, periodic reconciliation of various accounts and obtaining confirmation of
party/ staff balances.
Record of all cash inflow & outflows and receivables & payables.
Payroll processing of WPS through online system
Handle provisions for Leave salary, Air Ticket, Gratuity report as per Labour law.
Preparation of full & final settlement & closing of payroll A/c opened by company.
Coordinate activities with other departments and work groups as needed.
Get the accounts audited by internal and management Assurance Team with clean report.
Prepare financials and workings required for External and Internal Audit.
Handling of payments through trust receipt and telex transfer
