This is M Rashid Saeed and I am looking for Customer Executive or Admin executive role. I have done Msc Business Management from Uk . I have more than 5 years of experience in customer services in general and 2 years of call Center experience in particular. I worked as Shift incharge plus Customer Support executive in US based company in Islamabad. I also worked as General Assistant in the beginning and later as Team Lead night shift in Sainsburys Plc in London one of the Leading supermarkets for 4.5 years.
Currently I am working as Customer Service Executive/Logistics Assistant at Landmark group. I have more than 4 years of sales plus Customer Service proven experience. I worked in the national & international market in the same capacity and have deep knowledge of dealing with customer issues in proper and appropriate way.
I feel my self suitable for this role. Kindly provide me a chance for face to face interview to prove my worthiness for the advertised position.
