Currently associated with Best Clothing FZC, as an “Administration Manager”. Best Clothing FZC is a

newly establish company in March 2015. I have setup the factory since scratch. My duties and

responsibilities and tasks done by me are; • Recruitment, training, of employee, maintaining a safe and secure working environment. • Import of raw material from UK and Ireland. • Liaison with clearing agent and SAIF Zone customs department for import of goods and maintain

proper documentation and records. • Identify supplies for packing materials and arrange them accordingly. • Ensure that all the process has been done with in the specified time for employee medical, emirates ID

and visa stamping. • To maintain the quality of the products and production level. • Planning of daily, weekly and monthly targets of productions and sales. • To ensure that all the sales has been pre booked before it has been produced. • Liaison with Forwarding agent for container booking and shipments on time. • To ensure complete documentation for export and update customers accordingly. • Update SAIF Zone custom department for export of goods and ensure that their records has been

updated. • To ensure that regular maintenance of machine has been done. • Provides supplies by identifying needs for packing Material, office supplies, cleaning supplies, tea and

establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules . Beside this regular duties and responsibilities I have setup all the factory including importing of machines

and successfully installation.

I Was associated with Stallion Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. as ‘Assistant Manager Sales’ in Marketing Department, my

experience in Stallion Textiles (Pvt.) Ltd. has enabled me to develop an understanding of the Supply Chain

Management in relation to Yarn and Waste products produced by the company. During my tenure with the

Company, I have been assigned following responsibilities:  To maintain regular contracts with customers for non-stop shipments.  To manage the delivery of company’s products, (i-e Finished goods and Waste).  To manage the transportation for delivery of goods.

 To negotiate with transporters for transport agreement.  To manage excise staff at mill to ensure on time loading and delivery to customers.  To maintain stock level of both yarn and waste at mills and warehouse.  To ensure on time payments to transporters.  To manage payments of commission to brokers on monthly basis.  To follow up the payments for company’s product (i-e Yarn and Waste).  To identify the consumption and need of raw materials i-e Polyester and Cotton and procure them

accordingly.  To ensure all internal documents are updated i-e delivery orders, delivery notes, transfer orders etc.  To timely deliver presentation and sales proposals.  To manage the sales team.  To manage and ensure healthy customer’s relationship and satisfaction.

Stallion Textiles (Pvt) Ltd being a new company had limited resources which therefore demanded extra

hard work to pave ways for the company to grow and each individual were involved in contributing to

other department of their knowledge/expertise. I was heavily involved in the IT and Administration

department alongside with marketing department.I was involved in following IT activities • Design and implement Sales and Store software o Sales module, o Transporter module o Receivable module o Payable module o Indent module etc.
