I have more than decade of experience in customer service and F&B, which I collected from various international restaurants, hotels and organization, adopting refined and exclusive service delivery standards to ensure a Michelin quality in service standard and customer satisfaction.
In the beginning of my professional career, it was to finance my studies and be independent of my parents. I learned the skills of the job as a polyvalent employee at Domino’s Pizza. Polyvalent in the sense of multipurpose as virtually work in every section such as customer service, guest relation, pizza delivery, F&B, food and hygiene, and other clerical tasks.
Fast food restaurant was a good school, learn to reach customer satisfaction, having teamwork, be autonomous in its tasks, and work in shifts… I study In the same time, Assistant Manager and then, I worked in a new restaurant that opened its doors in my town as a waitress, and very quickly with my skills and my profile I became head waiter in charge of 20 waiters, to supervise and mentor, and after, assistant director, looking after budget, profit, guest relations, quality assurance, and overall human resources, tasks and responsibilities.
After that, I decided to go to the capital to other opportunities. I started as a hotel receptionist. When my contract was over, I was contacted by Domino’s Pizza for the position of Store Manager. This was the peak of my professional development to be in charge of over 35 employees, with respect to service level, food and hygiene, quality, time management, budget and man power, recruitment, disciplinary and other different managerial tasks, making me a leader and gaining in making decisive and sensitive decisions affecting the business and the brand.
