•Responsible for payroll of 219 Contractual Employees of Stanfilco-Banana Division under Manufacturing Department for bi-weekly period.
•Knowledge of wage and hour laws (Philippines).
•Load employees’ manual daily time record (DTR) and their corresponding work order using Microsoft Access on a daily basis.
•Receive, review, and process employees’ Health benefits and government required benefits.
•For employees work related accident incident, issue form for verification of the employees’ case ratified by the company.
•Process and issue employees’ pay and statements of earnings and deductions.
•Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
•Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
•Prepare and submit reports of employees’ monthly loan amortization, employee and employer contribution on government required benefits to the corresponding government agencies on a monthly basis.
•Prepare and submit billing statement and summary of work hours rendered of the employees to Stanfilco.
•Maintain employee files and the HR filing system and prepare passes and identification cards for employees.
•Handle complaints or questions regarding discrepancies, loan status, maternity and accident benefits, insurance benefits and time records.
•Generate statistical reports related to Job Contracting.
•Meet with the Human Resources Manager and the QA and GMP Audit Team of Stanfilco on a regular basis to strengthen business partnership with the aim to achieve and maintain positive operational performance.
