Check Propspace CRM system daily and add users if needed.
Update listings as per staff request on Propspace CRM.
Manage Clients database on Propspace CRM and add caller client information to the system.
Direct all inquiry calls to Telesales manager or to Director to ensure clients are distributed among Brokers equally as per company standards and all up to date in the system.
Keep log book for the staff, to control their arrival and viewing trips, to ensure everyone is strictly following their duties assigned during working hours.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
Maintain and monitor an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Support and assist the Director and other staff with administrative services as requested.
Perform other related duties as required.
