 Establish and identify prices of goods and services and tabulate bills using cash registers.
 Perform cash management, customer service, balance cash drawer and petty cash management.
 Participate in sales presentation weekly/monthly sales requirement.

Job Description
 Ensure that a check is made and recorded in the MICROS for every F&B sale in the outlet and for any meals consumed by the employees or any service offered to the quests as complimentary or entertainment.

 Print and tally transaction list from credit card machine with physical check and MICROS reading.
